Pricing for Donnie Castleman,  Enrolled Agent/Specialty Tax Services

Please note: Due to only a handful of clients that took advantage of my general trusting nature, all IRS Representation and prior year tax return filing clients are now required to give a $500 retainer to begin work, with balance due paid or refund issued at end of engagement.

 

I like to keep my prices fair and rather than having a price sheet per form, I wanted to give general scenarios.

1040, W2's $100 Single, $125 Married Filing Jointly.

1040, W2's, Itemized deductions  $125 Single, $150 Married Filing Jointly.

1040, W2's, Itemized deductions, Employee Business Expenses $150 Single, $175 Married Filing Jointly.

1040, W2's and Self-Employed/1099's $175 Single, $200 Married Filing Jointly (add $25 if both self-employed).

Childcare/Earned Income Credit forms additional $25.

Schedule D additional $25-$50 depending on number of investments.

Rental Property additional $40.

All other forms additional $10-$20.

1099's $75 setup fee plus $5 per 1099.

Payroll quarterly returns $100 per quarter.

Partnership/Corporations $200-$400 depending on complexity.

Hourly rate $150/hr minimum.

Past year returns regular rates but discounted $25 down for each additional year.

Power of Attorney $100 filing fee plus hourly rate to talk to IRS/receive IRS information.

Audit representation by hourly rate.

   

 

Cash, Check, Money Order, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express Accepted.

Option to have tax preparation fees deducted from refund for $25 additional fee.
